Smells exactly like the jaw droppingly gorgeous De Ladoucette PF after about 5 years bottle age. But the acid is too high. Flint, appley fruit with an unwelcome hint of cabbage*.

It's good and very obviously Pouilly Fume as opposed to Sancerre but it's not worthy of it's price tag. Not yet at least.

* is this Mel's reduction I wonder
