Reduced to £7.20 in the offer. Made by Vergelegen and 14%. Whilst certainly SA, this is a bit more delicate than most. Rumours are of a splash of Semillon ( no - NOT semicolon Mr. Spellchecker ! ) which I can believe quite happily. Punchy, spicy, fruity and better a little warmer. I could learn to live with this and will have some more (when next on offer of course). |

I tried the gold medal winning Springfield Estate Special Cuvee 2013 the other week. No change. Blackcurrant stony flinty minerals and highish acid. Still lovely but needs time to be stunning. |
