Currently on offer at £7.50

This wine has a big burst of fruit with an even bigger burst of oak.
Baked bramble fruit and hint of black cherry fills the mouth where you can just pick out the Tempranillo profile, but blind, some may be forgiven for mistaking it for a Shiraz blend.
Then follows the oak...and oh so much of it! Mostly American oak I'd guess, giving a creamy vanilla finish that lingers a good while
Think berry crumble and custard in a glass
Drinking well now if you like your wine ripe and bold, I'd personally like to leave this a while to see if it becomes more integrated and refined
The label says it will store for 2 years, I'd say this will keep way beyond that for at least 5 years
This is a massively marked improvement on the previous TF RdD

Shez,

For the offer, that is a YES then ..... :D

Very pleased you've found one that does the trick for £7.50 - if in the future the wine develops as you want, that is a hell-of-a-bargain. Ribera's going somewhere in the ole days were comparatively, much heavier dosh !
