Just a converted broom cupboard.
30m in my fridge brings a wine down to about 12 - 14c which is about cellar temp.

Clearly, this one is better than the "Extra Special" version, as often happens. Asda Extra Special New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc £6.47 Light aroma and not obviously from Marlborough. However, good acidity which gives freshness, but finishes with a sweet, flabby end. 26/09/07 |

And then the "standard one" - I just wasn't impressed by either way back in Sept last year. Asda New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc 2007 £5.62 Typical, ripe and with a touch of tropical fruit. Slight spritz. Quite watery, bitter and flabby. Not great. 26/09/07 |

It needs very light chilling to be at it's best. Anything more and it does get a bit OTT. I am getting used to drinking wines at cellar temperature. They generally taste much better. |
