I have a notion, that you'd prefer the hampster. Look after him, feed him up  He's got a 911 turbo series 998 among other things. Hold on :D

Sorry, there's no way you'd know, but I'm pretty tall and not in the least bit skinny. The Hamster is so badly wrong, on so many levels. There are only two instances when James May would be relatively my type.

1) in a competition vs J Clarkson and the Hamster and

2) in a competition vs Oz Clarke and even then Oz's intelligence and wine knowledge might make up for JMs superior physical attributes.

In my opinion (and it's only mine) it is the first job of a man to be bright, then funny, then tall. Handsome and rich come way, way down the list. Porsche owning is a serious mark against.

We were talking today about the way that men generally are made up of plus points, contributing towards a "total" and that if having an average face and wallet means they get more points in the intelligence and humour category, then that suits me (and my friends).

Faux Pas - apologies Mel - having remembered some banter about David Tennant with you and Ba, and given very limited choice from Top Gear, which is now pretty remote, Hampster looked vaguely similar.

Introducing Stig, may have navigated calmer waters

Interesting point. Yes, how slim the difference between DT and the rodent. Short and silly vs tall and astonishingly sexy, but you make a good (if male) point.

Jet fighter just embarrassing.
