I used to like this ( 04 ) but it's lost it's way in the last few years and was horribly flinty and tart last year.

This is much nicer. Enough lemony fruit to balance the flint and enough flint to be obviously Chablis.

Unoaked and a bit simplistic but it suits me. If only their own label Sancerres were as nice.
