Part of Majestic's cheap Flagstone parcel.

"This is a cool climate rosé made from hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. With a light pink colour this is an elegant wine with aromas of watermelon, raspberry and peaches with a refreshing hint of minerality. This was made for those long summer evenings."

The description is accurate, however given that we have so few decent long summer evenings I'd drink something better and palm this off on the guests. Good price but perhaps getting a bit long in the tooth, the real bargains will be in Flagstone's reds that Majestic are offering at below half retail price.

Anyone tried that Flagstone Mary-le-Bow ? - Majestic say they liked this all in one cocktail of varieties. Not my scene - But, knowing would be of interest ????
