Mount Riley 2008 has won 2 golds and been awarded 5 stars by 3 different professional reviewers.

However, it's rich and sweet with grapefruity flavours. Not a lot different to the 2008 Montana Reserve. Kim Crawford tastes pretty much the same. There is definitely a switch to the richer more complex style.

Oddly, both of these wines have no oak at all.

Way too much hard work for my palate.
