Have been buying this regularly for years after a recommendation that it was the ideal partner to a fish pie.
Bottle on Friday very disappointing - if tasted blind I would have said it was Sauvignon Blanc.
Could this be the result of substituting fish pie with Omelet Arnold Bennet - first time ever and marvelous (thank you Mrs B).

Do i recall reading a few years ago that according to bio dynamic theorists there are optimum days for drinking a wine. Recent bottle of Cassilero Del Diablo cab Sauv was best I've ever tasted (and that is more than a few.)

It's true, I only drink wine on days with a 'y' in them.
