I wished you were all here last night to taste a glass of this because this is Loire sauvignon as it should be. The nose oozed gooseberry and acorns and the first glass was perfect. Surprisingly pungent. The second glass changed and flint and a little cabbage water appeared but not so much to make the wine unpleasant.

The perfect Loire sb to share between 4 or more but not a bottle for 2.

Second bottle. Lush and flinty. Nice cos there is just enough fruit to balance the flint.

Excellent news - good-on-ya.

I'm assuming - The wine still best on one sitting- as they normally are.

A pairoftaffs is considered. in law. to be an illegal gathering.
A tryaddoftaffss constitutes a riotous assembly. This permits the police (Ffylldd) to utilise leek sprays and draw their abertasers.
