Mixture of 2008/9 on the shelves, labelled for clearance, review is for the 2008.

Soft and spicy with herby, oaky undertones. Very nice on the palate and potentially a top class Pinot Noir except for the rather notable astringent finish, which personally I didn’t mind and which help it stand up to some spicy/greasier dishes.

Good value but the finish may put some people off.
