Are we able to, should we educate folks ? Sweet, when not produced by the fruit ? English strawberries are lovely this year, and regularly on offer at Waitrose.

There are people out there who have 3 sugars in a cup of tea ! In Hollywood, Jamie Oliver has discovered that many folks prefer industrial flavours and sweeteners - I was shocked by the attitude of the food authorities for schools. Who are clearly demonstrated as wishing to protect the profits of the junk manufacturers and producers, as a priority above the health of their students !
