Posted earlier that it was thick, dark and hot. Well it was on the first and second day. Kind of hard work. Lots of spice. On the third day the sweetness of the fruit started to come through, it was actually quite nice. Fourth day there was a little bit of a port like taste to it. I'm not sure if it would benefit further ageing or not. Let's see what the 2008 holds.
