Lovely Sancerre like chalky mineral smell. The 13.5% alc kills the wine stone dead. Tasted blind I would have guessed 15% alc, oak and a splash of vodka just for fun

I chilled it down in the freezer so that it can't have been far from turning into ice. The chalky smell was beautiful but the alcohol still showed.

This sounds like its going the way of Villa Maria SB, no finesse at all. I used to like both.
