Definitely not one for fridge temperatures, I would suggest 9-11° where it does it's magic. Sweet and dry, floral and acidic, fruit and veg, Good mouth texture but a distinct lack of legs. (12.5%). Beautiful dark straw runs to almost tranparent at the rim. Not top shelf Alsace but at this price I'n going back tomorrow.
