Pongracz Sparkling (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) Cap Classique £13.99 Sweet, confected nose. Baked apple taste. Lacking acidity. Yalumba Y Series Unwooded Chardonnay 2011 £9.49 Very light, lemony nose. Full-flavoured and tangy - beautifully long. Very good and not oily at all. Vina Ludy Albarino 2011 Quite a dark colour for Albarino. Very tasty, but a little tired. Lacking lightness and zing. Lasts well, but atypically. Suggest you buy the 2012. Terroir du Midi Fitou 2011, Vignerons Catalans Sweet and fruity nose and taste. Pretty simple. |
