12 months in third and forth fill French oak barrels

This variety blend is exclusive to the Co-op, apparently. Lovely aroma. Dark with baked fruit, sweet vanilla and spice. Lovely taste.  This is a brand to watch.  Really juicy and alive. Very good indeed.

Sweet, rich nose. Pleasant, but the Zalze is a triumph.
