100% Cabernet Franc, produced according to the ‘enhanced quality project’ devised with Sam Harrop MW. The vines are planted on
tufa limestone soils and have an average age of 25 years. The grapes were harvested in early October by machine. Fermentation took
place at 25°C for 10 days in stainless steel vats. The new wine was bottled early in cellars dug out of tufa where it continued to age in
bottle for at least 4 months. Winemaker Eric Laurent. Suitable for vegetarians. Alc 13.0%, TA 3.2g/l, pH 3.42, RS < 2.0g/l. Waitrose Wine Direct and 237 branches.

Stalky and typical nose. Dark, moody, stalky and dry. Typical.
