06/10/11 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on tufa soils of limestone, sand and chalk. ‘Couronne et Lions’ Crown and Lions, has been named in honour of the important part the Loire Valley has played in the regal history of France - the home and playground to many French Kings and Queens. Made by the Chainier family, with a traditional white wine fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with cultured yeasts. Winemaker Vincent Boutin.
