100% Pinot Noir, sourced 85% from Casablanca (Triangulo, El Marco and Lo Ovalle vineyards) and 15% from Bío Bío (Quiltralman vineyard). The grapes were hand-picked in early April at a yield of 8tonnes/ha. The fruit was cold-macerated for 4 days before fermentation in opentopped stainless steel tanks. 80% was aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels, the remaining 20% rested in stainless steel. Winemaker Adolfo Hurtado. Alc 13.9%, TA 6.16g/l, pH 3.6, RS 3.2 g/l. Special Offer: Save 25%, £9.99 - £7.49 from 09/11/11 to 06/12/11. Waitrose Wine Direct and 225 branches. Very perfumed.
