50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre grown on various soil types - alluvial, pebbles, sediment, limestone and granite. Average age of vines is 35 years and the average yield 41hl/ha. Traditional winemaking techniques with temperature-controlled fermentation and long soaking on the skins. Aged in oak foudres for 18 months. Winemaker Philippe Guigal.
