50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre grown on various soil types - alluvial, pebbles, sediment, limestone and granite. Average
age of vines is 35 years and the average yield 41hl/ha. Traditional winemaking techniques with temperature-controlled fermentation

Showing quite a bit of age. Definitely on the brick side of garnet. Nice composty nose. Woody, with good fruit and juicy acidity. Good. Definitely worth snapping up during end of May/early June promotional period.
