Greenish colour. Pineapple and tropical fruit smell with a touch of vanilla scented oak. Fresh, fruity and with good, clean acidity. A pretty oaky finish and warm alcohol. Worth snapping up at ?4.99, but not quite a ?6.99 wine. April 07 may be different vintage - shouldn't make much difference. tasted 19/11/2006 |
