Fresh gooseberry on the nose, but not absolutely obviously Marlborough. The taste is pure Marlborough though. The price is fair and it's definitely worth grabbing when on offer but it's a Tuesday night wine.

No, that's on Thursdays. Tuesday is just a general night. Unlikely to have people round, or open anything lovely, just a standard wine night.

Thought I'd nabbed a couple of these at half-price, but they were '08. Passed their best but acceptable at £3.99

You'll be surprised by this, but I posted dozens of Tesco white wine tasting notes yesterday and the only one that has provoked any comments is TF MSB. How strange is that.
