Interesting, slightly herbal nose. This is Sauvignon, with a “touch of Chardonnay”. The Sauvignon resembles snapped elder twigs. Green and fresh and rather inviting. There is some weight on the finish, but I wouldn’t have spotted the Chardonnay if I hadn’t been told. 06/10/09 |
