85% Verdejo, 15% Viura from Castilla y León. The grape juice is fermented with specially selected yeast at 14°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks to retain freshness and varietal character. Aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled quickly to ensure the freshest wine is on the market as early as possible following the vintage. Produced by a family owned winery, Bodegas Cerrosol.
Catty, floral and inviting. Very dry and catty taste. Mouth-watering acidity. A great aperitif because it makes you absolutely starving. Actually, it's quarter to lunchtime as so the Verdejo may be blameless. Fresh and pretty lovely.
