80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre. The grapes are all hand-picked and the harvest started around 10th September. Traditional vinification with long maceration. Aged 6-12 months in large oak casks. Winemaker ~ Didier Couturier, a graduate œnologist of Toulouse University, who has been head winemaker at Ogier for over 10 years.
