50% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay, 15% pinot meunier A slight hint of oak on the nose. “A portion of the wines have been processed in barrels in order to obtain a discrete hint which adds to the complexity of the blend. Quite textured and full-flavoured, but somehow more sour than the de Carnot. Not bad. 31/03/2009 |
