A new (cheaper) sherry supplier for Majestic. They’ve ditched Hidalgo at the Classico level, but still stock the better ones. Quite a sweet, caramel aroma. Definitely a sweeter style but with the savoury, dirty flavour of sherry to make it interesting. 01/04/2009 |
