A new (cheaper) sherry supplier for Majestic. They’ve ditched Hidalgo at the Classico level, but still stock the better ones. This fino is salty, yeasty and very inviting. It is light in the mouth and while very dry indeed, there is just a hint of fruit. Nice yeasty finish. 01/04/09 |
