63% Cariñena, 21% Merlot and 16% Shiraz, cold fermented for 4-5 days then 7 days in stainless steel with malo in barrel. Nine months maturation in French oak (30% new, 70% second use). Very, very, rich, warm and spicy smell. The alcohol is, sadly, forward. That said, it’s a full-flavoured, spicy, good quality wine. Alc 14.5%, TA 5.5g/l, pH 3.56.
