100% Tempranillo from organically certified vineyards situated around Manzanares and Alhambra. Stony limestone soils and vines 10 years old. Grapes harvested in early September. Classic fermentation with pumpovers, then matured for 12 months in American and French oak. Lightly perfumed. Young and cheesy in the mouth and not especially beautiful. Alc 12.5%.
