70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon with a yield of 80hl/ha. After crushing, the must and skins are left in steel tanks for 6-8 days. Fermentation is controlled at 25-26°C, after which the wine is pressed and stored in steel tanks for 3 months. Sterile-filtered. Sweetly fruity. Tastes of lightweight cranberry. Alc 12%, TA 5.4g/l, pH 3.55, RS 4.0g/l. Available from Wine Direct and 192 branches. 15/10/2008 |
