100% Malbec. Vines are 20 years old. Soil is composed of limestone, clay and flint. Yield is 50hl/ha. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 28°C and the wine was matured in tanks for 12 months. Winemaker is Jean–Luc Baldès.
Very pale indeed for Malbec. Tastes like cod liver oil. Not good.
Alc 12.5%, TA 3.43g/l, pH 3.51, RS 0.45g/l.
