Grapes are 70% harvested by hand from 25-50 year old vines, approx during the 3 rd week in September, with very careful selection to stream only the best fruit. The grapes are vinified at 26°C in a temperature controlled self emptying, inox tanks with a further 12 days of maceration. Oak/lees treatment: No oak treatment. There is no barrel or oak aging before bottling.

Bodegas Aragonesas was founded in 1984, to develop and market the wines from the Cooperative San Juan Bautista of Fuendejalon. This was a breakthrough in the wine sector of Spain, as until then no co-operative had created a "Sociedad Anonima" to market its wines. This led to innovation in production to meet the needs of the customers, rather than the producer.
Fresh, young red fruits on the nose. Fresh young and fruity taste.
