From fifty-five year old vines in a dry, un-irrigated area. Two days of maceration at 10°C. Fermentation between 26-28°C over fifteen days, followed by post-ferment maceration lasting 10-25 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrels then aged in medium toast American oak for twenty months.

Very sweet and heady. Sweet in the mouth too, with mint, cassis and something farmyardy. Good, but sweet.
