Made for M&S by Philippe Launois, Champagne Oudinot from 100% Chardonnay. Grapes harvested mainly from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs , whole bunch picking by hand. Cool fermentation between 16 and 18C in small stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Very light filtration. Matured in bottle for at least 3 years before release. Base: 2002. Disgorgement Date: April 2008. Dosage: 8.2g/l. November – all stores. Very toasty taste. Full and long-lasting. Good. 12% 19/09/08 19/09/08 |
