Made for M&S by Williams & Humbert from 100% Palomino Fino. Chalky, limestone soil. No irrigation. Low trellising and hand harvested. The Solera system of continuous fractional ageing ensures consistency. Aged in 500-litre American oak sherry butts for an average of three years. – 400 stores. The colour of white wine. Has a slight whiff of sherry, but not as beautiful as fino. Sherry lite. 17% 19/09/08 |
