Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. Made for Tesco by Bisol Desiderio & Figli. Charmat Method. First fermentation in stainless steel tanks, second fermentation in pressurised refrigerated autoclave. Light, appley smell. Fresh, with rather lovely zingy acidity. 11.5% (255 stores) 27/06/08 |
