Hunter Valley. This has had 6 years in a "dark, humidity-controlled cellar". Very phenolic on the nose, reminds me of Australian Riesling. Very, very typically Hunter Valley Semillon. Bone dry, waxy and stunning. Really very good. Lanolin scented and long. Heaven! 11/10/07
