Barrel fermented in new Vosges barriques and aged in barrel for 10 months. New oaky, lime flower smell, with some heavily buttered toast, as well. Ripe and quite oily in the mouth. Great of its type. New oak does rather trample on everything else, but rather attractively. 05/10/07 |
