Spatburgunder is Pinot Noir. This is from Franconia, Germany. 0.7 g/l residual sugar - so very dry indeed. Very pale. Delicately fragrant. The merest hint of fizz and then nice composty tate. The 13.5% alcohol seems warm. 11/10/07 |
