Classico Superiore Valpolicella made as usual and then passed through the spent lees and skins of the Reccioto wines then 4 months in stainless steel, and 15m in wood. Then 6 months in bottle before release. Violet-scented. Light body for ripasso wine. Smooth in the mouth with violet on the end. 11/10/07 |
