Very typical dusty raspberry smell, which is great. Hot alcohol at 13.5%. Quite a hard, baked taste, with a spicy liquorice finish. 22/3/07 Tasted again 6 months in American and French barrels. Dusty, stalky smell. Alcohol burns at 13.5% but there's a nice savoury taste. 18/10/07 |
