73% Cab, 27% Merlot. 40% new oak. 12.5%. Showing some age. Nicely evolved nose. Breaking down nicely to caramel and vanilla. Delicious! Soft, sweetly fragrant wood. Goes on and on, beautifully. This is the sort of thing I'd like to drink every week. 04/10/07
