9% Malbec, 5% Merlot. Aged in french oak for 12 months. Quite a spicy smell - not just cassis and mint, as you might expect. Fruity and well-balanced. Have given this a star in the past. It is good and certainly worth a star at 5.99 over Christmas, but competition at £9.99 is tough. Minty finish. 18/10/07 |
