13% alcohol. 49% each and 2% Chardonnay. 15% was fermented in American oak barrels. Waxy Semillon smell hits you first. Ripe fruit and quite warm alcohol. Not quite as beautiful as I remember. Asparagus on the finish. 11/10/07 |
