10 months in barriques. No filtering and long bottle ageing. Oaky, appealing smell with a load of Brett as well. Nice farmyardy taste and breaking down fruit in a way you wouldn't expect a 2005 to be quite yet. Dinner party wine. Interesting. 11/10/07 |
