Includes 10% Cab and 5% Tannat. Biodynamic, with the eggs used for fining are from a Bio farm, of course. Only sold in 6 branches. 15% alcohol. Dense colour. Strong, rich syrupy dark fruits on the nose with some mint. Tastes very New World, with coffee grounds and syrupy fruity. Food would be tricky. Perhaps a lamb tagine? 11/10/07 |
