Attractive smell of oak and plum crumble. Sweet fruit, quite a lot of tannin but a good taste with a nice chocolatey end.

This was on offer last week at £5.99, had it over the weekend. What a pleasure, a full-bodied, richly-fruited wine at only 12.5% alc. |
