To clear it said. Nice indeed. Too complex for my vocab so here is a TN with which I agree... A blend of Viognier and Roussanne (the former making up about two thirds) sourced from both granitic terraces and alluvial plains. About 20% of the finished wine is matured on its fine lees in two-year-old oak barrels, the rest also remains on its ‘lees’ in larger vats. Notes of dried fruits, hazelnut and a touch of honey. Viognier brings its finesse and aromatic richness, Roussanne brings strength and roundness; mango, apricot and tropical fruit on the palate gives an exotic note. SEE ?? Nice like wott I sed. |
